How to measure your sizes?

• Height definition as follows: without shoes lean a back against a vertical surface. The height is measured from top to a foot.
• Breast volume: measured on the most defined points of a breast.
• Under breast grasp/volume (for women): measured under the breast, the tape under the armpit zone hand in its widest part.
• Waist grasp/volume: measured round a waist, hold a measuring tape unstrained.
• Hips grasp/volume: measured on the most defined points of hips and buttocks, the feet should be put together, measure hips in widest zone, approximately on 15-20 sm below the waist.
• Trousers length: take this measure from trousers which fit best on you. Measure without a belt to bottom edge of trousers. Otherwise it is possible to measure on a body, beginning from a stone of a hip to a foot.
• Internal seam: measure length from a perineum to a bottom along the seam, better to take the measure from trousers which fit you well.
• Sleeve length: measure the sleeve length along the scale from the center of your neck in the back part and along a little bent elbow to a wrist.
• Glove size: measure the fullest part of a hand circle, just before joints, excepting a thumb.

The measured sizes should be approximated into the bigger ones, the oversized clothing looks more beautiful, than slightly small one.
